Dermarolling is a an oldest and surest way of skin tightening. Dermaroller is a small devise which has a round roller like structure with multiple needles on it. Depending upon length of needle we number the dermarollers a 0.5 mm, 1 mm ,1.5 mm or 2 mm. Sizes up to 3 mm are available.
